1. Setting up Google with Backups (Chrome)
Once you have signed up for a Google account with us, we will set up the backend parts and email you with in a day that you are ready to go.
Once you have the email from us, you will have your username and password to begin.
Install Chrome
- If you do not already have Chrome installed go to this link to install Google Chrome web browser.

Click download and follow the instructions to install Chrome.

2. Sign into Google for the frist time
- Start Google Chrome and go to https://www.google.co.nz/
- Click on Sign In, and enter your email address and Google password.

- You may be asked to verify your account, to receive a text message by phone. If you have a mobile phone do this, other wise 'skip'.
- Once you are logged in, Click on the 3x3 set of squares in the top right of the screen, the Apps Icon.
- Click on Drive

- You should get the opportunity to download and install Google Drive.
- The first screen of the installation looks like this, click on "Get Started >"


- When you get to the Login Screen, again enter your email address and Google password.
- The following screens give you information about the service. Click Next through them.




- Finally Click Done

4. How do I know if Google Drive is running?
How do I know if these files are being downloaded to me, and leter how do I know if Google Drive is still running.
Down in the bottom right hand of your screen there is an areas called the systray.
You will see the little Google Drive Icon there, (you may have to click on the up arrow to see it).
If you hover your mouse over the top of this Icon, do not click, you will be told about it's status.

3. Google Drive on your PC
Windows Explorer will now open up showing you your Google Drive.
In this example the Google Drive Folder is empty.
We have already placed files in your Google Folder, they will help in managing your backups.
Wait about 20 minutes for these files to download to you.

5. Installing Python
- Once you see the ai.net.nz directory in your Google Drive, open it up.
- Inside there is another directory called INSTALL-PYTHON, open this up.
- This has the file in it called python-3.4.2 (or maybe 3.4.3...)
- It make look like:
- Wait until it is fully downloaded and looks like this:
- Once this file has the Green Tick, double click and run it.
- Accept all the defaults, you do not need to change anything.
- Once this is installed go to the next section.
