- We do not charge you for backup traffic on our network.
- Your Internet Provider might.
- Check with your Internet Provider what your daily or monthly limits are.

- Accounts on automatic payment receive a 5% discount
Self Managed^
- We provide you with a login to the backup server: either ftp or rsync, or a protocol of your choice if we can secure it.
- It is up to you to manage how you upload data to our backup server.
You will be billed according to your account and the segments of data you use.

- We provide a small Linux server into your network.
- It needs to receive a network connection from your server.
- This connection allows it to "phone home" to us.
- We set up asecure server to server connection
- Between this server and your main server
- Between this server and our backup server
- We then back up from your server, nightly, the desired data areas.
- i.e. School Master, Musac,business files, users files, databases, as needed and set out by you.
- We then send you a report on how the previous nights backup went.
