mal is one of our main backup server that is used to store your data (if you are one of our customers).
There are three ways you can get at your files:
- Login to this server with your user and password and use the file manager provided to get at your files and restore them. (free)
- Login to your server and use the command line to get back large chunks of files. (free)
- Send us a request to make use of our removable disk service to copy your backup files to a removable disk to send to you. (Minimum $500 service fee).
